Pigment Blue 28 (Cobalt Aluminate Blue Spinel): Is a kind of red hue aluminates cobalt blue pigments with excellent hiding power, color transparency and high tinting strength. It has excellent chemical resistance, outdoor weather ability, heat stability, light fastness, and has no permeability, no migration, high light reflectivity that can be applied in RPVC, polyolefin, engineering resins, high temperature coatings, industrial coil coating, and also can be used for quartz and other blue pigments which do not have the application conditions of the area, etc.
